About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing", the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007 No. 257-Z "About fauna", subitems 1.2-1.4 of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2016 No. 399-Z "About the state environmental assessment, strategic ecological assessment and environmental impact assessment" parts one of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2017 No. 17-Z "About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" and parts one of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2023 No. 294-Z "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 699 "About approval of Rules of production, procurement and (or) purchase of the wild animals who are not belonging to subjects to hunting and fishery":
state the name in the following edition:
"About production, procurement and (or) purchase of the wild animals who are not belonging to subjects to hunting and fishery";
in preamble of the word "According to the Paragraph the Fourth" shall be replaced with words "Based on the paragraph of the fourth";
in Rules of production, procurement and (or) purchase of the wild animals who are not belonging to subjects to hunting and fishery, approved by this resolution:
