No. 441-450, 750), with subsequent changes, article 6 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 90 - 93, the Art. 401), with subsequent changes, and also Items b) - d) Articles 5, Items b), h) and k) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Model code of corporate management of the state company / the municipal company according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Model code of corporate management of joint-stock society / limited liability company with completely/mainly public capital according to appendix No. 2.

2. To bodies of the central and local public authority to approve codes of corporate governance of the state/municipal companies in which they are founder, according to appendix No. 1 provisions.

3. To bodies of the central and local public authority, being shareholders/members of joint-stock societies / limited liability companies with completely/mainly public capital to suggest general meetings of shareholders/members of societies to approve codes of corporate governance of societies according to appendix No. 2 provisions.
