Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2012 No. 634 "About approval of Administrative regulations of provision of the state service "Issue of the Statement from the Register of Residents of the Special Economic Zone upon the demand of Resident of the Special Economic Zone or on Requests of Interested Persons" by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (registration No. 25998) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 4, 2012.

I. General provisions

1. These Administrative regulations establish procedure and the standard of provision of the state service "Issue of the Statement from the Register of Residents of the Special Economic Zone upon the demand of Resident of the Special Economic Zone or on Requests of Interested Persons" (further - Service).

2. The service is provided to legal entities, physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs (further - applicants) specified in the table No. 1 of appendix No. 1 to these Administrative regulations.

3. The service shall be provided to the applicant according to Service provision option (further - option).

4. The option is determined according to the table No. 2 of appendix No. 1 to these Administrative regulations proceeding from general signs of the applicant, and also from result of provision of Service for which provision the specified applicant addressed.

5. Signs of the applicant are determined by the profiling <*> performed according to these Administrative regulations.

b) the corrected statement from the register of residents of the special economic zone (the paper document or in electronic form).

Forming of the register entry as result of provision of Service is not provided.

12. Results of provision of Service can be received by means of the Single portal, the registered mail with the inventory of investment with the assurance of receipt, in Authority, departure on e-mail of the applicant.

Service provision term

13. The maximum term of provision of Service constitutes 5 working days from the date of registration of request for issue of the statement from the register of residents of the special economic zone (further - request) and the documents necessary for Service provision.
