About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109
According to the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for carrying out estimation of statements, criteria of estimation and the necessary number of points (assessment) for the decision making about provision of grants on creation or development of processing enterprises approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176, which are applied.
2. State the deadlines of filing of applications and the limiting amount of grants approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 15, 2022 No. 2109, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2022 at No. 840/38176 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of December 30, 2022 No. 5593), in the new edition, which is applied.
3. To provide to development department of real production sector submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine the Runner N. V.
