1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on order of interaction of the federal state institution subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of transport with the Russian carriers, foreign carriers in case of determination of date and arrival time of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations belonging to the Russian carriers, foreign carriers to the place of control of arrival of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations according to the Federal Law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", and on procedure for access of the Russian carriers foreign carriers to the state information system of electronic carriage documents.

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2024 and is effective till September 1, 2030.

1. This Provision establishes order of interaction of the federal state institution subordinated to the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the sphere of transport with the Russian carriers, foreign carriers in case of determination of date and arrival time of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations belonging to the Russian carriers, foreign carriers to the place of control of arrival of the cargo vehicles used for implementation of the international motor transportations according to the Federal Law "About Highways and about Road Activities in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (further respectively - date and time, reservation of date and time), and procedure for access of the Russian carriers, the foreign carriers reserving date and time to the state information system of electronic carriage documents.
