About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of authorized state body in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income
For the purpose of determination of organizational bases of activities of training center of authorized state body in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to legalization (washing) of the criminal income, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, including technical and service personnel" of November 15, 2021 No. 264 the following change:
in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 3 of figure "4909", "969", "4126", "776" to replace respectively with figures "4916", "971", "4133", "778".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:
- add with appendix 6-1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 1, 2023.
