RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of August 1, 2022 No. 434

About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enhancement of payment terms of work of workers of the budget sphere of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 28, 2022 No. 95 regarding enhancement and streamlining of wages system of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the minimum base rate in the amount of 7040 som, being basis for calculation of official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

1) the frequency rate coefficients to official pay rates applied in case of determination of the sizes of official pay rates of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendices 1 - 34-4;

2) the sizes of percentage length-of-service allowances to the workers who are not belonging to the category of government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to appendix 35.

3. Determine that are paid to workers:

1) the allowance for accommodation and work in the conditions of highlands and the remote remote zones, according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) the percentage allowance to official pay rates for confidential kind of work according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) the allowance for academic degree according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

4) in case of exit in labor leave benefit for improvement in the amount of two-month salary fund;

5) at the end of the calendar year the thirteenth salary in the amount of average monthly salary fund.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this resolution including on introduction in accordance with the established procedure of changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2022 and the forecast for 2023-2024".

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 36.

6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since August 1, 2022.
