About approval of Rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex
According to Item 2 of article 94 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and subitem 49-1) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310, I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex.
2. To provide to department of financial instruments and microcredit of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
