Some questions of ensuring functioning and maintaining the State electronic register of objects of the increased danger
(Extraction)

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for functioning and maintaining the State electronic register of objects of the increased danger which is applied.

2. Enter the enclosed changes to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Determine that functioning of the State electronic register of objects of the increased danger begins not later than in three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph four of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for forming, maintaining and use of the industry insurance fund of documentation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2002 No. 319 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 12, Art. 588; 2020, No. 3, of the Art. 133), the words "The State Register of Objects of the Increased Danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger".

2. In appendix to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2014 No. 523 "Some questions of provision of administrative services through the centers of provision of administrative services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 45, Art. 1193; 2021, 69, the Art. 4388) Items 119-121 to exclude No.

3. In appendix to the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to the promulgation in the form of open data approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 21, 2015 No. 835 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, Art. 2850; 2021, No. 35, Art. 2064):

The Section of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to add 1) with such line item:

"The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger";

2) in the Section "Gostruda" line item "The state register of objects of the increased danger" to exclude.

4. Item in paragraph five 6, the paragraph third Item 12 of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of especially dangerous chemicals which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 445 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 57, Art. 1974; 2022, No. 94, the Art. 5864), words of "The state register of objects of the increased danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger".

5. In the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on the treatment of dangerous wastes approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 446 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 57, Art. 1975; 2022, No. 2, Art. 55):

1) in Item 6:

word in paragraph four of "The state register of objects of the increased danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger";

in paragraph eight of the word and digits "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 956 "About identification and declaring of safety of objects of the increased danger" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, of the Art. 1357)" shall be replaced with words also in digits "the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2022 No. 1030 "Some questions of identification of objects of the increased danger" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 75, of the Art. 4554)";

2) in paragraph three of Item 11 of the word of "The state register of objects of the increased danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger".

6. In paragraph six of Item of 1 criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity according to the treatment of dangerous wastes is evaluated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of environment protection and the natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2018 No. 1006 is determined (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 97, Art. 3202; 2020, No. 76, the Art. 2432), and appendices 1 and 2 of the word to them of "The state register of objects of the increased danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger".

In the paragraph the second Item of 1 criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on production of especially dangerous chemicals which list is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is evaluated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of environment protection and the natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 28, 2018 No. 1007 is determined (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 97, Art. 3203; 2020, No. 76, the Art. 2432), and appendices 1 and 2 of the word to them of "The state register of objects of the increased danger" shall be replaced with words "The state electronic register of objects of the increased danger".

8. According to the procedure of identification of objects of the increased danger and their accounting, No. 1030 "Some questions of identification of objects of the increased danger" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 13, 2022 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 75, the Art. 4554):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name of the Procedure for the word "and their accounting" "and conducting their accounting";

2) in Item 2:

the paragraph one after the words "or use" to add with words "in which it is temporarily or constantly used, processed, made, one or several dangerous substances are transported, stored";

add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
