According to part twelve of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About education", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 to No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", No. 2102-IX approved by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630, I order:

1. Approve changes in Regulations on remote form of receipt of the complete general secondary education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 08, 2020 No. 1115, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 28, 2020 at No. 941/35224, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of preschool, school, out-of-school and inclusive education (Eresko O.) in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To department of ensuring document flow, control and information technologies (by Erko I.) make mark for archive.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Rogova V.

Changes in the Regulations on remote form of receipt of the complete general secondary education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of September 08, 2020 No. 1115, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 28, 2020 at No. 941/35224

1. In the Section I:

In paragraph ten of Item 2 of the word of "minor pupils" to replace 1) with the word of "child";

Item 7 after paragraph two to add 2) with paragraphs the third, fourth the following content:

"Work of pedagogical workers in the conditions of distance training or with use of technologies of distance training can be carried out out of working premises or the territory of educational institution, in any place at the choice of the worker according to requirements of Article 60-2 of the Labor code of Ukraine.

The time difference between duration of educational occupation (class period) and lasting the occupations which will be organized by the pedagogical worker in the synchronous mode is working hours of the pedagogical worker and is used by it for preparation for such occupations, providing assessment of educational achievements of pupils, carrying out individual or group consultations and so forth".
