Some questions of the organization of distance training

According to paragraphs to first and third part one, part twelve of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About education", parts three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About secondary education", to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 630, and for the purpose of providing the organization of distance training I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on remote form of receipt of complete general secondary education which are applied.

2. Bring in the Regulations on distance training approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of April 25, 2013 No. 466, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 30, 2013. For No. 703/23235 (with changes), such changes:

Paragraph two of Item 1.3 of the Section I to exclude 1).

With respect thereto third - the fifth to consider paragraphs paragraphs the second - the fourth;

2) in Items 2. 2, 2.9, 2.10 Section II, Item 3.9 of the Section III to exclude the word "SNO";

Item 2.4 of the Section II, Item 3.12 of the Section III, Items 4.1 - 4.3 Sections IV to exclude 3).

With respect thereto Items 2.5 - 2.10 Sections II to consider Items 2.4 - 2.9 Sections II, Items 4.4 - 4.7 Sections IV - Items 4.1 - 4.4 Sections IV.

3. To public institution "Ukrainian institute of development of education" (Karandy V.) to perform methodical ensuring remote education.

4. To management of school education (Osmolovsky A.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. To department of ensuring document flow, control and information technologies (by Erko I.) make mark in cases of archive.

6. I reserve control of execution of this order.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on remote form of receipt of complete general secondary education

I. General provisions

1. This Provision determines the mechanism of ensuring receipt of complete general secondary education (further - education) in remote form, and also uses of technologies of distance training under the organization of education for different forms in organizations of education which provide complete general secondary education (further - organizations of education).

2. In this Provision terms are used in such values:

the asynchronous mode - interaction between subjects of distance training during which participants interact among themselves with time lag, applying at the same time interactive educational platforms, e-mail, forums, social networks and so forth;

electronic educational resources on subjects (the integrated rates) - tutorials on digital carriers of any type or placed in information and communication systems which are reproduced by means of electronic technical means and can be applied in educational process when studying separate subjects (the integrated rates);

the electronic educational circle - set of conditions of training, education and development of pupils, provided by means of modern educational, information and communication (digital) technologies;

distance training - the organization of educational process (in remote form of education or by use of technologies of distance training in different forms of education) in the conditions of remoteness from each other participants and them, as a rule, the mediated interaction in the educational circle which functions based on modern educational, information and communication (digital) technologies;

information and communication (digital) technologies of distance training - technology of creation, accumulating, storage and access to electronic educational resources for subjects (the integrated rates), and also providing the organization and maintenance of educational process by means of the specialized software and means of information and communication communication, including the Internet;

the synchronous mode - interaction between subjects of distance training during which participants at the same time are in the electronic educational circle or video conferences communicate with the help of means audio-;

management system distance training - the software intended for the organization of educational process, effective interaction of participants of educational process and control of training through the Internet (including the electronic lesson schedule, online cool magazines / diaries);

subjects of distance training are pupils, pedagogical workers, parents or other legal representatives of the child (further - parents), assistants to the children participating in educational process in remote form of education or with use of technologies of distance training;
