I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 8, 2015 No. 276 "About approval of Rules of forming of the oil transportation schedule on trunk oil pipelines" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11283), the following changes:
be reworded as follows preamble:
"According to the subitem 7) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the bulk distribution line" I ORDER:";
The rules of forming of the oil transportation schedule on trunk oil pipelines approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order.
2. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2018 No. 191 "About approval of Rules of forming of the delivery schedule of oil" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17072) the following change:
The rules of forming of the delivery schedule of oil approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order.
3. To provide to department of transportation and oil refining of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
