About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2016 No. 63

Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2016 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and compensation conditions by bodies for work, employment and social protection to employers, organizations of criminal executive system and medical and labor dispensaries of costs for professional training, retraining and advanced training of workers and persons involved in work" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About compensation by bodies for work, employment and social protection of costs for professional training, retraining and advanced training of workers and persons involved in work";
1.2. in preamble:
shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 125-Z";
shall be replaced with words words of "subitem 7.1" "paragraph one of subitem 7.1";
exclude the words "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus";
1.3. in Item 1:
