Approve the Instruction about procedure and compensation conditions by bodies for work, employment and social protection to employers, to organizations of criminal executive system and medical and labor dispensaries of costs for professional training, retraining and advanced training of workers and persons involved in work it (is applied).

the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2006 No. 155 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure and compensation conditions bodies of public service of employment of the population of costs of employers, organizations of criminal executive system and medical and labor dispensaries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus on professional training of workers and persons involved in work" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 14, 8/15543);

The instruction about procedure and compensation conditions bodies for work, employment and social protection to employers, organizations of criminal executive system and medical and labor dispensaries of costs for professional training, retraining and advanced training of workers and persons involved in work

This Instruction determines procedure and conditions of total or partial compensation committee on work, employment and social protection of the Minsk city executive committee, managements (departments) of work, employment and social protection of city, district executive committee (further – bodies for work, employment and social protection) the following costs:

to employers – on development of contents of the educational program of professional training of working (employees) (further if other is not specified, – professional training), development of contents of the educational program of retraining of the leading employees and specialists having the higher education, the educational program of retraining of the leading employees and specialists having secondary vocational education, the educational program of retraining of working (employees) (further if other is not specified, – retraining), development of contents of the educational program of advanced training of leading employees and specialists, the educational program of advanced training of the working (employees) (further, if is not specified other, – advanced training) implemented within educational programs of additional education of adults:

the workers who are under the threat of dismissal;

workers from among the citizens dismissed from the last place of employment in connection with liquidation of the organization, the termination of activities of the individual entrepreneur, reducing number or staff of workers (further – released workers);

the workers who for the first time found work;

parents who shall refund the expenses spent by the state for content of the children who are on the state providing (further – the obliged persons);

the workers who had long work stoppage (more than 12 months) before employment (further – it is long not working);

to organizations of criminal executive system (further – penal correction system) and to medical and labor dispensaries (further – LTP) – on professional training of persons involved in work of these organizations by administration and which do not have profession during their stay in penal correction system and stays in LTP (further – persons involved in work).
