According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 16, 2022 No. 1041 "Some questions of provision of housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas by the Pension fund of Ukraine", Item 8 of the Regulations on the ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for registration and maintaining personal records of receivers of all types of the public assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of September 19, 2006 No. 345, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 06, 2006 No. 1098/12972, which are applied.

2. To provide to management of targeted social support of the population and development of social inspection (Ryazanov N. G.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2023, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Muzychenko V. V.
