1. Reorganize the state company "Periodical Legea Si Viata Magazine" (attached the legal entity) by its merging (accession) with public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (the accepting legal entity).
2. To transfer property of the state company "Periodical Legea Si Viata Magazine" to public institution of higher education "Academy of Shtefan chel Mare" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
