1. Bring the enclosed changes in acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

1. In Item 221 of the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1051 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 89, Art. 3598; 2018, No. 72, the Art. 2429), words of "the Law of Ukraine "On the state statistics" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On official statistics".
2. In paragraph seven of the Section "All Managers of Information (according to Competence)" of appendix to the Regulations on data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 21, 2015 No. 835 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, of Art. 2850; 2021, No. 35, the Art. 2064), words of "the Law of Ukraine "On the state statistics" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On official statistics".
