About approval of the Regulations on implementation of the state sanitary inspection in the Republic of Belarus

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on implementation of the state sanitary inspection in the Republic of Belarus.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.10.2011 No. 1446
3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
4. To the Ministry of Health, other republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective since November 26, 2006.
