1. Approve:
the list of products which are subject to the state sanitary and hygienic examination (is attached);
2.1. the procedure and conditions of carrying out state registration of products constituting potential danger for life and health of the population are determined according to the provision approved by the Ministry of Health;
2.2. the procedure and conditions of suspension, renewal, cancellation of the sanitary and hygienic conclusion are determined by the Ministry of Health;
2.3. the lot of products which arrived in the address to the period of action of the sanitary and hygienic conclusion can be used within terms of its validity irrespective of effective period of such conclusion;
