Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2018 No. 821 "About approval of the Procedure for storage of documentary information and its transfer central certifying body in case of the termination of activities of the skilled supplier of electronic confidential services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 82, the Art. 2719) and of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 80, the Art. 2736) changes which are applied.

Central certifying body in case of the termination of activities of the skilled supplier of electronic confidential services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2018 No. 821, to add Item 3 of the Procedure for storage of documentary information and its transfer with the paragraph of the following content:
"Acceptance of documentary information and its storage is performed taking into account provisions of regulations of work of the central certifying body approved by Mintsifra's order of August 27, 2021 No. 115.".
