1. Republican public institution "Inspectorate of transport control for the area Abay" of Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Inspection) is territorial authority of Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee) and performs control and supervising functions in the field of transport, except for air and pipeline.
