About approval of regulations on official publication and entry into force of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of official publication and entry into force of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus and according to Article part two 79, part three of article 101 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus I DECIDE:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on official publication and entry into force of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Determine that editions which are official for the corresponding legal acts of the Republic of Belarus on the date of entry into force of this Decree keep this status till January 1, 2001 if other is not provided by this Decree.
3. Bring the following changes in Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
3.1. Ceased to be valid.
3.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 N369 "About the National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, N 20, the Art. 532):
in Item 5 of the word: "Provision on the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words: "Regulations on official publication and entry into force of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus";
to exclude Item 9 of the Regulations on the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree.
