About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 and of September 6, 2016 No. 702

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food":
24, 42 and 51 appendices 1 to this resolution to exclude Items;
in appendix 2 to this resolution:
2, of 6, 14 and 27 to exclude Items;
add appendix with Item of 31 following contents:
"31. PPTI AGROSYSTEM open joint stock company.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702 "Questions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus":
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
in Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 6:
state subitems 6.13 and 6.14 in the following edition:
"6.13. performs methodical management of pricing;
6.14. performs price regulation (rates) for separate goods (works, services) within the competence;";
exclude subitem 6.15;
add Item with subitems 6.28-1 and 6.32-1 of the following content:
