1. Item 2 of the Regulations on orphanage of the family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2052; 2020, No. 50, Art. 1568; 2021, 37, the Art. 2224) after paragraph two to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:
"During action in the territory of Ukraine of emergency or warlike situation in orphanage of family type the children who were left without parent guardianship on the terms of the temporary device within the provided extreme number of children can get a job in orphanage of family type.".
With respect thereto third - the sixth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the seventh.
