116.2. The declaration of abandonment in receipt of the state service is the basis for acceptance by the chief of structural division of GUVM Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia or his deputy of the decision on the termination of consideration of the application which is drawn up in the form of the resolution on the specified statement.

116.3. The bases for refusal in modification of the register of licenses in connection with change of the location of the licensee <1> are:
