About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning interaction of participants of depositary system of Ukraine
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About the capital markets and the organized goods markets", for the purpose of reduction of regulation of interaction of participants of depositary system in compliance with requirements of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Requirements to the agreement to eskro in securities which are attached.
2. Approve Changes in the Requirements to the depositary contract between depository institution and Central Securities Depository approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 6, 2013 No. 1410, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 30, 2013 for No. 1498/24030, which are applied.
3. Approve Changes in the Requirements to the service agreement of the account in securities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 6, 2013 No. 1412, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 2, 2013 for No. 1502/24034, which are applied.
