According to Articles 1, of 24, of 31, of 39, 40 Laws of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting", to Articles 13, of 14, of 17, "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" the National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting DECIDED: parts two of article 24 of the Law of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on licensing procedure of provider of program service approved by the decision of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting of December 28, 2011 No. 2979, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 2, 2012 for No. 351/20664 (in edition of the decision of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting of November 6, 2014 No. 1187) which are applied.
2. Provide to legal management this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of bonds with media, public organizations and activities of public broadcasting service to promulgate this decision on the official website of National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
