1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 1, 2017 No. 84 "About establishment of requirements to content and quality of the social services rendered within the state minimum social standards in the field of social servicing" the following changes:

"3.5. ensuring work of circles on interests |
The service provides: informing on circles on interests, procedure and conditions of their work; assistance in matching of circles on interests according to specific features ( including the state of health, recommendations about rehabilitation) and preferences of the receiver of service; scheduling of work of circles on interests, holding the relevant activities (occupations, meetings); provision of the room for work of circles on interests and the necessary equipment (stock); providing favorable psychological microclimate, safe conditions when holding actions (occupations, meetings), supervision for the receiver of service for the purpose of ensuring its safety. |
The service is provided at the request of the receiver of service according to the plan (schedule) of work of the corresponding circles for interests. The workers showing capabilities in different types of art and applied creativity, musical, sports and other types of leisure activities shall render service. The service is rendered in the special rooms allocated in the house nursing home for the organization of kruzhkovy work ( including library, the club room). The room shall meet the established standards, to be equipped with the convenient (adapted) furniture for the receiver of service and work of circle. The used stock shall meet safety requirements. Determination of number and structure of groups shall be performed based on assessment of social and psychological and other features of the receiver of service, readiness for interaction with others, the room sizes for occupations, and also wishes of the receiver of service. The work content of circles on interests shall consider the available recommendations (technique) about the corresponding type of activity and to be adapted taking into account specific features of the receiver of service, whenever possible to consider his preferences and requirements. Determination of duration of actions (occupations, meetings) shall be performed taking into account individual opportunities of the receiver of service based on recommendations about alternation of work and rest, daily routine, not to allow overfatigue. Rendering service shall provide satisfaction of need of the receiver of service for leisure, collective creative activities, expansion of the sphere of communication and interaction."; |
