About modification of some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning registration of international payment systems
According to articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, banks and banking activity" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (are applied):
- "About approval of Rules of implementation of money transfers on money transfer systems in the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2009 No. 30/6;
- "About approval of the Provision "About Bank Payment Cards in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 9, 2015 No. 76/8.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
3. To legal management:
- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To management of payment systems to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, Interbank Processing Center Ltd, OYuL "Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan", operators of international payment systems of calculations with use of bank payment cards and operators of the money transfer systems registered in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To department of development of state language and document flow to bring this resolution to the attention of the relevant structural divisions, regional managements, representative offices of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Province.
