About approval of Changes in Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and centralized water disposal
According to the laws of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and centralized water disposal approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 22, 2017 No. 307, which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on centralized water supply and centralized water disposal to bring the economic activity into accord with requirements of this resolution and within three months from the date of the introduction it in force to file to body of licensing documents which add the list of the documents enclosed to the application for receipt of the license.
3. This resolution becomes effective in sixty calendar days from the date of its promulgation on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
