THE RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL COMMISSION PERFORMING STATE REGULATION IN THE FIELD OF POWER AND UTILITIES OF UKRAINE

About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and water disposals

(as amended on 10-02-2021)

According to the laws of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities", "About licensing of types of economic activity", "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and water disposals which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities, of August 10, 2012 No. 279 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2012 at No. 1468/21780.

3. The term during which the licensees performing economic activity on centralized water supply and water disposals shall bring the economic activity into accord with requirements of this resolution and file documents to body of licensing and data determined by part three of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity" constitutes two months from the date of official publication of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day in the official printing publication - the Pravitelstvenny Kuryer newspaper.

Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on centralized water supply and water disposals

1. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the laws of Ukraine "About drinking water and drinking water supply", "About state regulation in the field of utilities", "About licensing of types of economic activity" and "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities".

1.2. The licensee shall fulfill requirements of these Licensed conditions, and the license applicant - it to correspond.

1.3. In these Licensed conditions terms are used in the following values:

water treatment - engineering procedure which is performed for bringing indicators of safety and quality of drinking water to levels of hygienic standard rates;

policy tool of economic activity on centralized water supply - the objects, constructions, water supply systems involved in system of centralized water supply;
