About approval of Changes in Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine
According to Articles 7, 15, 33, 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" and other laws of Ukraine concerning detenization of calculations in the field of trade and services" of September 20, 2019 No. 128-IX and "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of functions on state regulation of the markets of financial services" of September 12, 2019 the No. 79-IX Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 (with changes) (further - Changes in the Provision) which are applied.
2. To department of currency circulation (Victor Zayvenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine, and to banks - to data of their clients information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.
4. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication, except:
