About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important goods" of April 22, 2009 No. 242

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About domestic trade in the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state regulation of the prices of separate types of socially important goods" of April 22, 2009 No. 242 the following changes:

Paragraph one of item 4 of the resolution after words of "agricultural industry" to add 1) with words ", the food industry";

2) the List of socially important goods on which temporary state regulation of the prices in the domestic market of the Kyrgyz Republic can be entered, approved by the above-stated resolution, state in edition according to appendix, to this resolution;

3) according to the procedure of state regulation of the prices of socially important goods, approved by the above-stated resolution:

to declare paragraph two of Item 2 invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
