About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some orders of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2015 No. 3 "About approval of forms of statements for obtaining and renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license, forms of licenses and (or) appendices to licenses" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10195, it is published on April 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

2) the application form of the legal entity for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the application form of the legal entity for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities, according to appendix 2-1 to this order;

11) appendix form to the license for occupation educational activities, according to appendix 8 to this order;

12) form of the license for object, according to appendix 9 to this order;

13) appendix form to the license for object, according to appendix 10 to this order;

14) form of the license for activities in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, according to appendix 11 to this order;

15) appendix form to the license for activities for production of alcoholic products, according to appendix 12 to this order;

16) form of the license for activities in the field of gaming, according to appendix 13 to this order;

17) form of the export license of products, subject to export control, according to appendix 14 to this order;

18) form of the import license of products, subject to export control, according to appendix 15 to this order;

19) appendix form to the export license and (or) the import of products which is subject to export control according to appendix 16 to this order;

20) appendix form to the statement for receipt of the export license and (or) import of products which are subject to export control according to appendix 17 to this order;

21) the application form of the legal entity for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, according to appendix 18 to this order;

22) the application form of physical person for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, according to appendix 19 to this order;

23) the application form of the legal entity for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, according to appendix 20 to this order;

24) the application form of physical person for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, according to appendix 21 to this order.";

2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship in the procedure established by the legislation:

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
