According to the subitem 3) article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the enclosed forms of statements for obtaining and renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license, form of licenses and (or) appendices to licenses:

1) the application form of the legal entity for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the application form of the legal entity for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the application form of the legal entity for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation educational activities, according to appendix 2-1 to this order;

4) the application form of physical person for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license, according to appendix 3 to this order;

24) the application form of physical person for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, according to appendix 21 to this order;

25) the application form for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation activities of the I subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner having data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes according to appendix 22 to this order;

26) the application form for receipt of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation activities of the II subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner who does not have data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes and performing digital mining with use of the hardware and software belonging to it on the property right for the digital mining placed in data-processing center of digital mining according to appendix 22-1 to this order;

27) the application form for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation activities І subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner having data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes according to appendix 22-2 to this order;

28) the application form for renewal of the license and (or) appendix to the license for occupation activities ІІ subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner who does not have data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes and performing digital mining with use of the hardware and software belonging to it on the property right for the digital mining placed in data-processing center of digital mining according to appendix 22-3 to this order;

29) license form І subspecies on implementation of activities for digital mining, according to appendix 22-4 to this order;

30) license form ІІ subspecies on implementation of activities for digital mining, according to appendix 22-5 to this order;

31) appendix form to the license І subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner having data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes according to appendix 22-6 to this order;

32) appendix form to the license ІІ subspecies – implementation of activities for digital mining the digital mayner who does not have data-processing center of digital mining on the property right or other legal causes and performing digital mining with use of the hardware and software belonging to it on the property right for the digital mining placed in data-processing center of digital mining according to appendix 22-7 to this order.

2. To provide to development department of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
