1. Approve the enclosed Rules about procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.

Rules about procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. Rules about procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) regulate procedure for conducting military accounting of persons liable for call-up and recruits in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Military accounting of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be organized according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 16, 1997 "About mobilization preparation and mobilization in the Republic of Kazakhstan", of January 7, 2005 "About defense and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan", of July 8, 2005 "About conscription and military service" and these rules.

2) timely identification and determination of quantitative and high-quality structure of the draft resources which are available in the Republic for the benefit of their rational distribution by types, types of military forces of Armed Forces for ensuring organized carrying out the next appeals of citizens on conscription military service;

3) control of accomplishment by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About conscription and military service" and these rules.

6. Duration of finding of citizens on military accounting is determined in compliance by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About conscription and military service".

7. Military accounting is subdivided into general and special.

Citizens who are not reserved for state bodies or the organizations for mobilization and on wartime stay on the general military registry.

State bodies and the organizations, irrespective of their departmental subordination and pattern of ownership (daleeorganization) keep military account of citizens in the presence of the working persons liable for call-up and recruits, according to these rules.
