1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2017 No. 342 "About approval of qualification training of court experts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15003, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 17, 2017) the following change:
The rules of qualification training of court experts approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order.
2. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 31, 2017 No. 346 "About approval of Rules of advanced training of court experts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 14980, it is published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 13, 2017), following changes and amendment:
in Rules of advanced training of court experts, approved by the above-stated order:
1) of Item 12 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"60 obligatory class periods of training court experts pass 1) according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 5 these rules;";
state Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. Additional hours, except different forms of advanced training, stipulated in Item 4 these rules, join publication of scientific works, Articles, reports, participation at the conferences, seminars, forums estimated by system of recalculation of test units according to appendix to these rules";
add with appendix according to appendix 2 to this order.
