According to part two of article 283 of the Family code of Ukraine,  No. 411 "About measures for ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children" and to paragraph one of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, I ORDER to Item 3 of Article 3 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 5, 2008:

1. Make changes to the List of diseases which grant the right to adoption of sick children without stay adherence to deadlines on accounting in the central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children belong, and also before achievement of five years by the child, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 27, 2011 973, registered on March 2, 2012 for No. 352/20665, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of realization politician (Gavrilyuk A. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of Linchevsky V. V.
