ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH OF UKRAINE

of December 27, 2011 No. 973

About approval of the List of diseases which grant the right to adoption of sick children without stay adherence to deadlines on accounting in the central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children, and also before achievement of five years by the child belong

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 19.07.2019 No. 1648)

In pursuance of article 283 of the Family code of Ukraine and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 05.05.2008 No. 411 "About measures for ensuring protection of the rights and legitimate interests of children" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the List of diseases which grant the right to adoption of sick children without stay adherence to deadlines on accounting in the central executive body to which powers questions of adoption and protection of the rights of children belong and also before achievement of five years by the child (further - the List) who is applied.

2. To the Minister of Health of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of managements (head departments) of health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:

2.1. Inform heads of treatment-and-prophylactic institutions contents of the List approved by this order.

2.2. Provide constant control behind correctness of application of the List approved by this order.

2.3. Determine responsible persons behind implementation of systematic control of reliability of registration of conclusion about the state of health, physical and intellectual development of the child who can be adopted, according to the form approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.10.2008 No. 905.

3. To the director of the department of maternity welfare, childhood and sanatorium providing (Ostashko S. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Moiseenko R. O.
