According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the Laws of Ukraine "About providing the equal rights and opportunities of women and men" and "About bases of prevention and counteraction of discrimination in Ukraine" I ORDER:
1. Item 5 of the Section VI of the Procedure for consideration of addresses and the organization of personal reception of citizens in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its territorial authorities, the companies, organizations and the organizations which belong to the sphere of its management approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 15, 2017 No. 388/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 17, 2017 for No. 229/30097 (with changes), after the words "lonely mothers" to add with the word "(parents)".
2. To department of communication, document flow and control (Belashov N. V.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. To management of information policy (Gryaznova A. V.) provide promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
