About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 11, 2018 No. 203 and recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 11, 2018 No. 203 "About some questions of application of customs procedures" changes according to appendix.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the subitem 5 of Item 1 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 375 "About single questions of application of customs procedures";
Item of 10 changes made to separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union (appendix No. 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 859 "About reduction of the regulatory legal base of the Customs union in compliance with the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 No. 850");
the subitem "e" of Item of 1 changes made to decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission (appendix to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 14, 2017 No. 147 "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 375 and the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30").
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
