2. The application is submitted to customs authority in any written form and shall contain the name of products of conversion and reasons for need of such suspension. The statement is certified by the signature of the head (or replacement his faces) and seal of person who received the document on conversion conditions on customs area if according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union such person have seal.
3. Suspension of action of customs procedure of conversion on customs area stops current of term of conversion of goods and action of the document on conditions of conversion of goods on customs area according to which foreign goods were placed under this customs procedure.
4. The term of conversion of goods stops from the date of product output of conversion according to customs procedures of customs warehouse or temporary import (admission) for the term of the room of products of conversion under these customs procedures.
