About some questions of application of customs procedures

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory to which customs procedure of customs warehouse is not applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of conversion on customs area is not applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of outward processing is not applied;

the list of types of goods for which effective period of customs procedure of temporary import (admission) is shorter, than 2 years;

the list of the types of goods which are earlier exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union to which customs procedure of export, with indication of terms of the room of such goods under customs procedure of reimport was applied;

the inventory to which customs procedure of duty-free trade is not applied.

1-1. Determine that the term of conversion of the goods on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union which are products of civil aircraft industry and shipbuilding (aircrafts, water vessels), military products and machine-technical products duration of production process of production or repair of which or their parts exceeds the term, stipulated in Item 3 Articles 168 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also cannot exceed the goods intended for their production, repair and (or) upgrade 5 years.

2. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
