Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 15, 2013 No. 44 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of social benefits and financial support to needy families" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 10) according to appendix.
2. To the ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance D. A. Kuchkarov and the minister of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. D. Kudbiyev.
