According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 11, 2018 the No. UP-5409 "About Measures for Further Reducing and Simplification of Licensed and Allowing Procedures in the field of Business Activity, and also to Improvement of Conditions of Business" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for licensing of activities for production of jewelry and other products from precious metals and gemstones approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 30, 2017 No. 777 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2017, No. 9, the Art. 221) according to appendix.
2. To the agency on precious metals under the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.
