About change of the Resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus
Based on part eight of Article 50 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus and subitem 7.1.11 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 40 "About service records" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.09. 2014, 8/29094; 12:10. 2017, 8/32462), following changes and amendment:
"normative" to exclude the word from Item 46;
in Item 84:
third to add the paragraph with the words "or the subordinates (who are part (system) the organizations authorized by them";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"other organizations, employers - physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, - local executive and administrative organs in the place of their stay or at the place of residence (in Minsk - local administrations of areas in the place of their stay or at the place of residence) or the subordinate organizations authorized by them.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 paragraph two - since February 1, 2019;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
