About recognition voided some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission
For the purpose of systematization of the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

1. The decision of the Commission of the customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 254 "About customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union concerning which submission of the document confirming the country of goods' origin is not required".
2. The decision of the Commission of custom union of May 20, 2010 No. 262 "About the Instruction about procedure for registration of refusal in release of goods".
3. The decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 8, 2010 No. 494 "About the Instruction about procedure for provision and use of the customs declaration in the form of the electronic document".
