About customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union concerning which submission of the document confirming the country of goods' origin is not required

The commission of custom union solved:

1. Determine that if total customs value of the goods moved through customs border of custom union, sent at the same time by the same method the same sender to one receiver does not exceed the amount equivalent of 200 euros, concerning such goods submission of the document confirming the country of goods' origin is not required.

2. This decision becomes effective from the effective date the Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of states of November 27, 2009 No. 17.

Agreement on the Customs Code of the Customs Union

The Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation which further are referred to as Parties

based on the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of custom union of October 6, 2007, the Agreement on the Commission of custom union of October 6, 2007,

in view of the conventional principles and rules of international law,

for the purpose of ensuring customs regulation on single customs area of custom union

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties accept the Customs Code of the Customs Union which is given in the appendix which is integral part of this Agreement.

Provisions of this Code prevail over other provisions of the customs legislation of custom union.

Article 2

The disputes between the Parties connected with interpretation and (or) application of this Agreement are permitted by carrying out consultations and negotiations.

Within custom union before appeal to the court of the Eurasian economic community Commission of Custom Union renders assistance in dispute settlement to the Parties.

If the dispute is not settled by the Parties within six months from receipt date of official written request for carrying out consultations and negotiations, directed one of the Parties to other Parties, the either party brings this dispute for consideration To trial of Eurasian economic community.

Article 3

Clauses are not allowed to this Agreement.

Article 4

Changes which are drawn up by the separate protocols which are integral part of this Agreement can be made to this Agreement.

Article 5

This Agreement is subject to ratification.

This Agreement becomes effective according to the decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (the supreme body of custom union) at the level of heads of states.

This Agreement is open for accession of any state which will become the member of custom union.

It is made in Minsk on November 27, 2009 in one authentic copy in Russian.

The authentic copy of this Agreement is stored in the Commission of custom union which is depositary of this Agreement and will send to each Party its verified copy.
