About modification and amendments in the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2012 No. 11

Based on part five of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 14, 2007 "About road transport and motor transportations" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for registration of international commodity-transport superimposed "CMR" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2012 No. 11 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 39, 8/25122), the following changes and amendment:

1.1. in part three of Item 1 of the word "Creation of CMR Delivery Note" shall be replaced with words "the CMR delivery note constituted";

1.2." (it is applied to the route sheet)" to exclude from part four of Item 3 of the word;

1.3. add Item 5 with part three of the following content:

"When unloading load in places of temporary storage of goods for implementation of the declared customs procedure or for making of other actions the representative of warehouse of temporary storage specifies in column 20 of the CMR-delivery note the date of receipt of load, arrival time of the car under unloading and departure after its termination in hours and minutes. The responsible person of warehouse of temporary storage appends the signature (with disaggregation) and seal (stamp), and also specifies number and date of the warehouse document confirming acceptance of goods on storage.";
