1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 2015 No. 245 "About approval of standards of the state services in the field of regulation of natural monopolies" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11019, published on May 20, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following amendments:

in Item 1:

add with subitem 7-2) of the following content:

"7-2)" approval of rates (the prices, rates of charges) and tariff estimates on regulated services (goods, works) of subjects of natural monopolies" according to appendix 7-2 to this order.";

2. To committee on regulation of natural monopolies, protection of the competition and the rights of consumers of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
